Is there any free parking available?
Free on-street parking is available on Carlyon Road, just a few minutes’ walk from the studio, on weekends and non-event days.

Alternatively, paid parking is available at Alperton Sainsbury’s (opposite the studio) via YourParkingSpace.

What size will my finished rug be?
Roughly 40 x 40 cm, depending on the design. Just the right size to complete in one session.

Do I need to bring anything to the session?
Nope, please just send us your design 48 hours before your session, and we’ll prepare everything for you. On the day, just show up, relax, and enjoy.

How long does the workshop take?
Most students complete their rugs in 2-3 hours, but the session itself is 3.5 hours, including the introduction and finishing touches. It’s your time to learn and enjoy! All sessions start and finish at the advertised times, so we cannot extend the workshop for late arrivals.

When should I arrive, and what if I’m running late?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked start time so you can settle in before our introduction and equipment briefing. We understand small delays happen, but we cannot admit guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start, as this interrupts the group’s tuition and leaves less time to complete your rug. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible; contacting us does not extend the admission deadline. All sessions finish at the advertised time, and time missed through late arrival cannot be added on. Please share these timings with everyone in your booking.
