Whether you're taking your first steps in baking or are looking for new bread recipes to try, join Joy for this virtual baking class, where you'll be making a variety of delicious savoury and sweet flavoured breads, using fresh nutritious ingredients with fresh herbs.

Making homemade bread will eliminate the additives found in shop-bought bread, as well as letting you add flavours and ingredients to suit your personal taste and diet. During this class you'll learn to make two savoury breads and one sweet recipe, as well some inspiration for what to serve them with, from avocado smash to wasabi and watercress dip.

Don't worry about getting in over your head, as Joy will be behind you every step of the way to make sure your bread turns out just the way you like it.

This prompted Joy to sign up for an alternative medicine course, which included homoeopathy, herbal, Chinese medicine and nutrition. This ignited her creative side and she developed a passion for throwing ingredients together to produce healthy and tasty dishes. Joy was keen to continue her mission and learn more about how food can contribute to good health, and has visited various retreats across the world to gain more knowledge in holistic wellbeing. This has been and continues to be a fascinating journey of learning, which she now wants to share with others at KitchenJoy Cookery School.
