  • 4/5 from Elizabeth Yung, attended Feb 2026: Teacher was very friendly and happy to answer questions, which they handled very well. Some minor things to make it a brilliant day would be to have extra things prepared in case eg extra buttercream, or more hand holding and walking around to check on progress at every step.
  • 5/5 from Sam Juon, attended Dec 2025: Great class, lots of fun.
  • 5/5 from Louise Westwood, attended Oct 2025: If I could give more stars I would! From start to finish it was an amazing class. I drove up from Southampton that morning and struggle with my anxiety but I was made to feel so welcome straight away. Everything was set up perfectly, everything you needed and wanted was available. Step by step instructions made clear and easy to follow and all of my many questions were answered in depth. Our teacher went around the class offering advice and hands on demonstration. I learnt many different techniques and I came away from the class full of new knowledge and ideas. Will definitely be returning and can’t wait for my next class!
  • 5/5 from Maria Mahoney, attended Oct 2025: I booked this class as I wanted a face to face experience. It was just the right size group of people and a lovely atmosphere. The teacher Ashleigh was very sweet, patient and made the class fun. Had a great time and will be back for the Xmas session.
  • 4/5 from Daniel, attended Aug 2025: A birthday present. The teacher was engaging and knowlegeable. It was nice to hear her baking background story too. I learnt a lot about techniques - the idea of swinging a closed piping bag to move the frosting down the bag was fun and interesting. The content on crumb coating was highly educational.
  • 5/5 from Praveena Hussain, attended Jul 2025: Ashley was so lovely! She was very welcoming and warm. Everything was set us so beautifully and if we needed any extra things, she was able to accommodate to it. She showed us how to do it all step by step and answered all of our questions throughout the lesson. She showed us all different techniques that we may need for a cake and had loads of different pictures to help with ideas. Honestly, she's so sweet! It would be nice to maybe have themed decorating ones in the future (eg. Focusing on just ombre or Christmas decorating) but that's not going to stop me from going again. 100% will be booking another session.
  • 5/5 from Ahmad Hussain, attended Jul 2025: The class was very informative and so much fun. It helped learning how to properly pipe and the different techniques used
  • 5/5 from Tahmida Rahman, attended Jun 2025: Absolutely loved it! Amazing teacher and great environment. Would 100% recommend.
  • 5/5 from Emma Hooper, attended May 2025: The workshop was fab! Ashleigh was very patient and informative. We had a lovely time. We are both looking forward to trying out and practicing some of the new skills at home.

Hi, I’m Ashleigh, and I’m so excited to share my story with you!
My journey with cooking and baking began at the age of 7 when I first discovered the magic of creating something sweet from scratch. What started as a fun hobby quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I became captivated by the endless creative possibilities that baking offered. From the intricate art of cake decorating to the thrill of experimenting with new flavours, my kitchen has always been a space where I can express myself.
A pivotal moment for me was when I first made a bento cake for a mum's 60th birthday. I had never seen anything quite like it, and the process of creating something both visually stunning and delicious sparked a new wave of creativity in me.
That moment led me to where I am now, hosting bento cake decorating workshops where I get to share my love for baking with others!
