You can become a guru of the grill with the help of BBQ master, Ben. He will teach you how to make some tasty food for all occasions as well as the best ways to use your spice mixes in your cooking kit.
No overdone or chewy food in this cooking class! You will learn how to keep your meat juicy and add some flavour to veggies to make them taste amazing. It's a great way to learn some new skills on the barbie.
Everyone can enjoy some American BBQ. Beginners to seasoned chefs are welcome, and all can learn something new.
You will learn to make:
- Corn on the cob
- BBQ sirloin steak
- Glazed pork ribs
- Miami-style swordfish sandwich
- The NYC bagel burger
- Sticky bourbon chicken thighs
This live online class will involve a bbq or grill to make these delicious meals. An outdoor or disposable BBQ or a grill is suitable to cook your food. Your teacher will help you with the intricacies of cooking on any of them.
