Under the expert tutelage of ESFW's top chefs, you'll delve into both the craft and science of breadmaking, covering a variety of dough types, sourdough starters and overnight proving. You'll learn to get a feel for your dough, giving you the skills and confidence to bake perfect bread every time.

Whether you've taken up breadmaking recently or are an old hand who wants to brush up on their skills, your resident baker will be on hand to dispense insider knowledge on everything from kneading to baking to proving — it's the perfect opportunity to learn more about this delicious staple food!

Not only will you gain more skills than you can shake a baguette at, but you'll also have plenty of fresh, homemade bread to bring home with you — sandwiches will never be the same again!
