Good to have the personal touch with Paul. We enjoyed all 3 cocktails and asked about making a rum punch from the basic cocktail. Great information. More ingredients than required - so plenty to practice with.
We juiced our lime and lemon during the lesson - would have been helpful to be asked to juice prior to lesson.
Really enjoyable - would definitely do similar masterclass and recommend to others.

My wife and I really enjoyed this class and the Cocktails of course on Saturday with our teacher Paul.
Paul was very; friendly, informative and above all fun. Ingredients and equipment Paul provided were top notch. Communication was also 1st class at each stage
This was a 60th birthday present from my daughters so made it even more memorable
