Emily was a patient teacher who gave clear instructions and guidance in how to learn to knit. I love that the classes are small so everyone has time with the instructor on things they’re not clear on. I highly recommend both the knitting and beginner’s embroidery classes. This was a learn to knit class where I knitted a beanie. The teacher was very helpful and knowledgeable. The venue and materials were suitable and comfortable. The teacher went at a great pace and I learnt all of the fundamentals needed to finish the project at home by myself!

I am a complete beginner when it comes to knitting and after this workshop I am happy to report that I can now confidently knit, purl, cast on and off! I had an amazing time and Emily is a wonderful teacher! I was very nervous because I wasn’t sure if I would get the hang of it but after a while everything clicked!

Me and a friend booked a private knitting course with Emily and it was fantastic. She is a great teacher! The atmosphere was chilled and we had a laugh too. I finally know how to knit and I will be back for some refresher sessions on Wednesday I’m sure!
