Went with my friend for the Lino printing and loved every minute of it! Emily was very clear with instructions and she’s kind and attentive. The venue is calming and spacious, a great oasis from the busyness outside. Emily inspired us with designs to help us get our “creativity caps” on! I was pleased with my designs as this can help with my personal website and socials :)

I look forward to going to the stitch social every month. The group of people Something Good attracts is so friendly and nice. I have made some amazing friends at this events. The owners are super nice too. I would have highly recommend this event to anyone who is into the fibre arts.
On a side note, they have the temperature on point all year round. The heating in the winter makes this place so cozy and in the summer their powerful AC is such a lovely relief in a heat wave.

Lovely evenings that I really look forward to.
Come alone and hang with lovely welcoming (mostly and usually women) or as I do with friends for an alternative to the pub or a restaurant.
It's a real boost to finishing my crochet projects - as in I actually have been finishing things since going!

Emily and Jess were brilliant hosts and teachers for a Still Life painting workshop for my daughter's 13th birthday party. The set up was lovely - birthday banners, mocktails, music - and the warm up drawing activities eased everyone into painting their own canvas. Everyone had a happy and chilled couple of hours painting. They also had much fun in the toilet decorated with a disco light and glitter ball - a big hit. Thank you!

I had a wonderful time at the workshop. Jess is a brilliant instructor and was great at adjusting the way she explained things to the different participants. I felt incredibly welcome, event though I came alone, and we had lots of laughs while we were practicing the different stitches. I was worried that learning a bunch of different stitches would be confusing, but Jess was very clear and I actually left with the confidence and enthusiasm to start an embroidery project of my own! I cannot recommend this workshop enough, and I'll definitely be back for future workshops

Had a lovely time at the embroidery workshop! The group was small so there were lots of opportunities to ask questions and chat, and the overall vibe was super friendly and relaxed.
Jess was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. She clearly showed us how to do the different stitches and was always happy to answer questions and correct us along the way. The space itself is also lovely and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I now feel like I have the basics and, more importantly, feel confident enough to start my first project! Would definitely recommend the workshop, it's a really fun and relaxing way to spend a few hours.
