I absolutely loved this workshop!! The studio is beautiful and the teacher was very nice and helpful. She encouraged us to be creative, she gave us great advice, and she helped us whenever we were struggling. She even let us stay longer to finish our project!! I gave this as a birthday gift to a friend and she loved it!! We both had a great time and made a lovely lucky charm to keep. I will be back and I highly recommend it!

My second time at Something Good Workshops, and I had a great time! This time I enjoyed ‘Beaded Bugs’.
I always attend classes on my own, with the goal of really immersing myself in a new skill. Although socialising is option, generally the classes are pretty quiet. Everyone gets quite focused! But I enjoy the teacher moves around the room and gives constant feedback/commentary on how everyone is doing, breaking any silences. Plus there is cool, chilled music constantly playing. Everyone is very supportive and the atmosphere created is very positive! It’s a great way to spend an afternoon and I love my little ladybug.

I booked this class using a birthday gift, and had the best time. Even though there was only myself and my sister, the atmosphere was lovely and chill, with Emily the tutor being super supportive and just the right amount of available while giving us space. The drinks were also great, and I'm super excited to finish off my napkins at home!

Struggled a bit to find the location but really enjoyed the class. It was an excellent entry-level class with no stress and plenty of time both to try out our new skills and to experiment (I made a triangular notebook!).
I’ve come away with confidence (and a couple of small tools) to be able to make more notebooks on my own.
The studio itself is light and airy with a selection of drinks and snacks (and some art supplies) available to purchase.

I gifted the lino cutting and printing class to a close friend for her birthday, and we both had an amazing time! Emily and Jess are terrific. Instructions were clear, materials plentiful and it was great that we were shown examples for inspiration. The venue is lovely, very airy and bright (I love the pink bathroom and disco ball!). Great choice of drinks, and very reasonably priced cocktails too! I will definitely be back for more sessions :)

A really great workshop using cyanotype and mixed media to produce several prints to take away at the end of the session. The artist leading the session was patient and encouraging, coming up with ideas to draw on, if we needed it.

I was feeling a little creatively stunted, so thought I'd try my hand at a new craft! The Something Good team were so welcoming and Emily, the Workshop Facilitator, explained everything so clearly. This was a beginner class in Lino Block Printing and the atmosphere was very relaxed.
Trying new things can be intimidating at times. This workshop was the opposite of that, and we were encouraged to find the beauty in our beginner mistakes.

I I attended an embroidery class and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, and relaxed, which made it easy to learn and ask questions.

I organised a weaving birthday party for my 11 year old daughter and her friends. Jess and Emily were amazing. The weaving class was so fun and kept the girls entertained and busy for hours. Everyone left with the weaving they made, a nice momento of the day. The studio is a lovely calm space with everything you could need to be creative. Jess and Emily were the best hosts, giving lots of advice and tips. If you are thinking of doing something creative I would definitely recommend going to do any of the workshops on offer here. Don't hesitate, you will be glad you did. The disco toilet is a must visit! Thank you Jess and Emily for a great birthday workshop.
