I cannot recommend this delve into Ventian cooking highly enough. From start to finish everything was so well prepared. Fabio's hands on teaching style was relaxed and fun. He has taken the mystrey out of making things I would not have attempted before, like gnocchi. Agnise worked so hard all day to make sure everything we needed was there from ingredients to clean bowls and utensils. The food we cooked was delicious and cannot wait to prepare for family and friends. It was a lovely atmosphere as the eight of us sat down to share the food. I will definitely come back to try different dishes as Fabio changes the menu according to the seasons.

I had an excellent experience on this cooking course, led by Chef Fabio. He was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and shared a huge amount of knowledge without ever making it feel rushed or overwhelming.
The food itself was absolutely amazing — genuinely restaurant quality — and the whole session was both relaxed and informative. It was so good that I booked myself onto their next course the very same evening.
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great food and wants to actually learn, not just follow a recipe.

This class was really good. It was a birthday gift and my sister tagged along for the experience! Fabio and Agnes were so welcoming, warm and are fantastic hosts.
It wasn't just about cooking, but also learning why and how theses recopies came about. The history behind them. I have a hearing impairment, and this was taken into consideration at all times.
The food was wonderful, so fresh, authentic and tasty! Each dish was explained to us step by step, Fabio was on hand at all times to assist and answer any questions we had. I finally made mayonnaise from fresh (something I have been wanting to do for years) The venue is in a lovely spot in a park, light and roomy. All the tools and resources were available, we didn't need to bring anything, which was one less hassle. The venue was set with a welcoming décor, a lot of thought and time had gone into the presentation.
It was a nice experience to sit down and eat the dishes we had created with everyone present at the workshop, an opportunity to socialise and meet new people.
Fabio and Agnes kindly allowed my sister and I to amend our booking due to a change in our circumstances. I'm so pleased they did, as we had such a great time.
I would defiantly recommend this class.

Had a fun cookery class making a variety of cichetti, mushroom risotto and zabaglione. Fabio was a great teacher and gave a good insight into the Venetian way of life and their food. Agnes a very efficient co-host. Highly recommended

Fabio and Agnes were amazing! The whole experience was great – from Fabio's cultural / history lessons about Venice & wider Italy to Agnes' attentiveness and well-run nature of the day. It felt calming and easy – we never felt rushed when making the dishes – and sitting down all together to eat the yummy (and seasonal) food at the end was the perfect end to the day.

This was an excellent cookery class. My husband and I enjoyed the variety of dishes we made and really appreciated the stories which linked the dishes to the history of Venice.
The host, Fabio, was very clear in his instructions and his partner, Agnes, did an outstanding job in setting everything up and clearing away so we could relax and enjoy the cooking and the fantastic lunch at the end.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to try out ideas from a different cuisine - no pasta or pizza here but some lovely seasonal dishes.

We had a wonderful day with Fabio and Agnes talking about Venetian food and culture and making some delicious dishes. These aren't overly complicated things to make, so you aren't going to be challenged by lots of process, but they do take care and attention. You will certainly be able (and want) to recreate them at home. The cichetti were interesting, the asparagus risotto scrummy and the Zabaione sublime.
Orgabisation of the day is really in point, Fabio is wonderfully passionate, and Agnes keeps the whole show on the road brilliantly with quiet and dry humour.

Such a wholesome experience! Fabio and Agnese made the environment so lovely and friendly that it was clear the whole group felt relaxed and really got the enjoy every minute.
