Brilliant relaxed and lots of lovely fabrics.

I enjoyed this quilting workshop so much. From the moment I walked into the studio it was a warm, welcoming and relaxing space. The teaching of the technique was clear, with a good explanation of its origins. The space is well-lit and comfortable. Though I took my own fabric I didn't need to, as the choice of available fabrics was just beautiful. When I reached home, I continued with my sewing. My association with Deptford is very long, and I think this is such a wonderful addition to the area. I will definitely be back!

Michelle was a wonderful teacher, she has set everything up for us in advance, talked us through the process as well as the history. encouraged us to use our own creativity and was generous with her materials.it was not possible to finish the quilt during the 3 hours but she ensured we had materials for us to complete it at home.I also really liked the venue of the workshop.

Lovely atmosphere. Great coffee. A simple new skill but very satisfying. Will be back soon
