We had a great evening, Jo as usual, was very helpful with step by step instructions for the painting, which for a novice made it so much easier, and I was very pleased with the end result.

We had all the equipment needed for the painting.

Really enjoyed it, Jo is a great teacher and I was so surprised that I produced what i did with paint straight on to canvas! For me it was the subject of somewhere in Santorini that pulled me in with my love of the Greek Islands.. similarly, I would be interested in other scenic landscapes or sunsets, The only negative is a few of us did feel we were crammed in a bit but still enjoyable Many thanks

The teacher, Jo was excellent, and I would give her 5stars.

The only comment I would make that it should be made clear that it best to eat before your arrive, we ordered food at the restaurant, the food came on time but our break was I think 15/ 20 minutes later.

On the voucher it does state sip and paint and in my opinion you should remove the reference to sip, this gives the impression that you will be providing drinks.

Was an absolutely brilliant night my first one

2026 I challenged myself to do things solo and this was by far my biggest challenge to date but Jo made me feel so comfortable the whole evening was brilliant and I would highly recommended and felt so proud to hang my masterpiece on the wall

Jo was amazing. I attended the workshop on my own, Jo is very welcoming and very easy to talk to which is great. I learnt to paint the Warrior Elephant. First time I have ever done a elephant and the tutorial Jo gave was very easy to follow, if you get stuck or carried away, she is there to help and adjust any errors they may occur. Loved my session and will look forward to more in the future. Thank you

Took my 12 year old grandson with me and Jo was wonderful with him.

Great atmosphere, everyone very friendly and Jo guided us throughout very well, wonderful fun, learnt a lot about painting as I am a complete novice!

Brilliant time had by all.

Jo is so patient and such a great teacher. I never thought in a million years I’d be able to achieve anything remotely artistic but I did!

Not only did I achieve an acceptable painting but it was 2 1/2 hours of being able to think about nothing at all other than painting. Complete relaxation.

Loved it, it was a present for my wife and she thoroughly enjoyed it! The only comments I would say is that I think the tutorial sped up quite a bit at the end but I think that's because it started late. Also more breaks would be beneficial as it's a long time to concentrate without mini breaks.

I love the Brush Party classes with Jo at The Clay Pipe pub in Leighton Buzzard. Jo is so friendly and a brilliant teacher. Have produced some really good paintings under her guidance. This one in the photo - sunset - was a challenge, and my leaf skills at the end were not how i planned, but next day, it grew on me!

This was my second event with brush party and with Jo, and whilst I love doing art I haven’t done any painting since my GCSE’s. You don’t need to be arty, or a pro or anything because you will end up with a painting you are proud of. Jo is an excellent teacher, I am not the fastest painter and she is always happy to go over something or advise. She is patient and kind and keeps a nice pace through the session. It’s great that you all end up with the same painting but there is so much beauty in how individual each one is because art isn’t perfect, art is our own interpretation. I enjoy Jo’s classes and I’m sure I will be back. Thank you so much
