My class was a gift from family in New Zealand. A most enjoyable afternoon, the teacher was welcoming and knowledgable and the room light and airey. The teacher demonstrated clearly and was extremely well prepared and willing to help. I now understand the properties of resin and in a limited way, how to work with it.
I was very surprised to find drinks and snacks provided, the glass of prosecco made all the difference, as I was on my own it was something of an ice breaker!
The pots we made are somewhat smaller than I expected but I enjoyed the class very much indeed and felt it was good value for money.

Chelsie was a fantastic teacher breaking the process down step by step and helping along the way. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the workshop as we all chatted and admired each others work. It was brilliant to have such a chilled and creative workshop learning something new.

Trinket Pot Making Class

I booked this session in for a bridal party. It was the best way to start the day! It was super relaxed and calming, really enjoyable and a great way to put the bride at ease.

We got complimentary snacks which were great. Our host Chelsea was so accommodating, so patient and really warm and lovely. She was enthusiastic about the things she showed us and different techniques, but also really happy to help us out too.

Can not recommend it enough! Really great value for money, we had a great time and got to take something away with us.
I'm sure we'll be back :)

I had a heart shaped trinket class, unfortunately was late due to transport and the teacher was soo lovely she accommodated us like we came on time.
The class was exceptional me and my sister had really fun, the environment was so light, the instructions provided were easy and well explained.
There were snacks as well, to have.

100% recommended, even if you are going alone, everyone is really friendly included the fantastic teacher and her assistant.

I had such a great time at the macrame workshop. I would definitely recommend giving this a go. Sammy was such a lovely teacher and there was no rushing to get to a certain stage. Each time I've been to Studio Dawn I've really loved it and I can't wait to go again.

Macrame Wall Hanging Workshop

Friendly teacher who was very welcoming. Good selection of colours for the macrame cord and made from recycled materials as a bonus. Learnt the basics and came away with a lovely hanging heart.

If you have ever considered going to one of Chelsie's workshops by yourself, but feared it might be a little awkward, don't. Chelsie is so friendly and inclusive and the people she attracts to the workshop are all so friendly that the overall vibe is just immaculate. Chelsie was also very clear with her instructions and engaging and encouraging in her presentation. I absolutely adore the items I created and was also very happy with the value for money. It was an all-round wonderful experience and I hope I can either come back for another workshop or encourage other people to do so because it is so worth it!

This was a wonderful fun workshop. Chelsea is lively and entertaining, and the workshop itself was engaging. Our group of six was aged 14 to 64 and we all enjoyed making our plant pots, and they all came out really nice. We enjoyed having unlimited snacks and drinks throughout the workshop. This was a perfect part of a day of birthday celebrations and we recommend it to anyone who wants a fun, interesting activity and a practical item to take home.

I attended the Eco Resin workshop with a group of friends. Chelsie was an amazing host and was so friendly and helpful. There was a great range of snacks/drinks provided and Chelsie was so clear in her instructions and demonstration. We weren't rushed at all to try and get everything finished, and the resin is so quick drying that we could take everything home with us straight away. We were also provided with candles and a mirror to complete the items we created, which was an unexpected bonus! The class was great value for money and it was a fab afternoon. I would highly recommend Chelsie's workshops and will definitely be booking another one soon!

Macrame Class - Plant Hanger

My friends and I attend the resin workshop where we made a trinket tray, candlestick holders and a mirror stand. The class was so much fun, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Chelsie was a great teacher, she explained the process so well and helped whenever anyone was stuck or needed inspiration. It was such a relaxed setting and the group size was good (about ten people). We also loved the snacks and drinks provided, such a bonus! The class was such good value and I’m sure we’ll be booing another soon! I’d recommend to anyone!

Two of us went for a relaxing activity. We really enjoyed it. Good venue. Staff were really friendly. Good value - we made 3 sets of items and we had snacks and drinks as we went along. Had a really nice time and we'd definitely attend another class.

My daughter and I went to this class to try something new. We were made to feel really welcome from the very beginning and the atmosphere was fun and friendly throughout.
We loved making our coasters and seeing how everyone’s turned out. Chelsie and Sammy were the perfect hosts.

Looking forward to going again to try something else. I recommend this as a great activity with family or friends and this would make the perfect gift!

Me and my mum booked this as it was something neither of us had done before. We had an amazing time at this class. Lovely people, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and Chelsie and Sammy were both really helpful and attentive. We left with coasters we were really proud of.

We’ll definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a fun activity or gift.

This was our third workshop with Chelsie, very pleased with our coasters and we had a fab time as usual Chelsie is a great teacher, providing a warm and welcoming environment and talking you through the class step by step. I highly recommend any of the resin workshops as you always end up with something lovely to take home. We also met Sammy at this class and she is a great addition to the team, so wonderful to see the Studio Dawn team growing :)
