Although I was helping my mom a lot in the kitchen, I left home not knowing how to cook a single dish. I still remember the first fried rice that I made, the rice was soggy! Being a Thai and not knowing how to cook rice was a bit embarrassing.

But that was me 15 years ago. Today I can proudly say I know how to cook perfect fried rice and much more! But that is what makes me unique. I can now make Thai food from the ingredients that you can find in Europe. I know which fish sauce tastes good in Carrefour, France, which red curry paste taste the best in Asian shops in London. Or, where I can find my Tom Yam herbs in my local K-supermarket in Finland.

That’s why I am so passionate to share my cooking recipes. I’m sure many people who have been to Thailand know that the food you eat there and outside of Thailand tastes different. Imagine you can now cook it at home!
