I am Carmen, a certified face yoga instructor based in Manchester.

After I turned 30, I started to notice the decline in my appearance and quality of my skin and while I was aware of many aesthetic procedures available, I did not like the idea of it so I started looking for a more natural alternative - the rest is history!

I would very much like to share with you how you can naturally tone, lift and sculpt your face, as well as improve your skin.

The session was really great! I enjoyed the different exercises that were shown and what they do. I learnt about muscles in my face I didn't know where there. Definitely recommend this session!
