Sophie founded Pop and Paint in 2023, drawing from her eight years of experience as a painter. After undergoing cancer treatment, which left her with lasting pain, she found it challenging to continue painting, an activity she had always found relaxing. Recognising a lack of social and relaxing activities for people to unwind, Sophie created Pop and Paint. It's a space where anyone can come to paint, relax, and connect with others, making the most of their free time after a busy week.
